The FutureAfrica assignment can be structured as a consulting project or as an interim management contract
Consultancy
- Remain outside the organization structure of the business.
- Act as a catalyst to enable the existing line management to achieve the desired goals.
- Coach, direct and train the existing team to deliver the required results.
- Position as a subject matter expert to help the organization.
- Work across organization lines integrating activities of the functional ‘silos’.
Interim Management
- Take full line management responsibility within the organization for a temporary period.
- Formal reporting lines both up and down the organization.
- Assignment of budget authority and management of resources.
- Personal responsibility for achieving agreed objectives.
- Full participation in the management processes of the company.
